The renovation of this 2,500 square foot penthouse presented us with a unique opportunity. Over the last twenty years, we have renovated several other penthouse units for the same client. Therefore, we were given more creative control than most projects. The client’s instructions were simple: build a home that had the look and feel of a high-end hotel suite.
The contemporary condo now boasts clean lines and a soothing palette of neutrals. We added a lacquered panel to visually ‘lift’ the ceiling height. Custom metal and bronze glass screens line the edge of the foyer and the ensuite features a raised bathtub and a linear pane of glass that allows the client to enjoy the Toronto skyline.
